Mindfulness
What is Meditation or also called Mindfulness?
There are lots of different meanings and explanation of the word 'meditation'. The latin 'meditator' means to think.
Meditation also called mindfulness is a state of consciousness in which a person goes deep within themselves, focusing the mind and eliminating outside influences to produce a state of deep peace and relaxation.
Meditation can also help us to understand our own mind. We can learn how to transform our mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy.
