Booking  cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.  This allows another client to be offered your appointment slot.

Missed or late cancellations may incur £25 charge.

Vouchers  Purchase

Cancellation policy remains the same than for booking cancellations or vouchers will cover the cost of the treatment. 

 

Package  Purchase

Cancellation policy remains the same than for booking cancellations.

No Show

Full treatment cost will be required to be settled.
